To follow up on my earlier post. Here are two additional demo videos for folks using the new eBay iPhone App. Buying and selling has also become simpler with the new app. Buyers can now search by category, best match, condition, price range and shipping – all of the eBay tools that you are used to. Additionally, sellers are able to list a new item and have it go live in under 60 seconds, allowing them to sell on the go.

Good news for eBay buyers and sellers using the eBay iPhone app – an updated version of the app is now available on iTunes (I actually started playing with it last week and it’s awesome). The updated eBay app enables buying, but now also includes selling and RedLaser scanning technology. Which means you can sell, buy and scan anytime, anywhere – all within one simple app.

I sat down with senior director of eBay Mobile, Rob Veres, to talk a little bit about the new app, what he’s excited about and what kind of innovations are on the horizon, including augmented reality…

It features changes to the home page and settings features. The home screen of the app now includes a watching, buying and selling “scoreboard” for instant updates and also give you access to your user profile, including feedback. Updated settings functions allows you to customize your shipping preferences, set notification alerts and sync to to your Facebook and Twitter accounts.
