Most memorable eBay experience: Selling a Gund bear named Swoozy to a woman in Sweden (my first international sale). The woman sent me a kind thank you letter, including a photo of her with the bear she purchased from me! I knew then that selling online was an experience, not just a name and number!

What do you sell?
I sell switchflops and straps by Lindsey Phillips, Camille Beckman glycerine hand therapy, handbags, Muffy Vanderbear bears, Muffy clothing and accessories, Boyds Bears, Steiff Bears, men’s polo shirts, Coke and licensed collectibles, clothing, shoes, boots and more.
What advice would you give to other sellers?
I guess my best advice would be to NOT just list your items and put your store on auto pilot. An e-commerce business needs adapt to change, measure up with competition, and stay current and relevant with the times. Your business needs to be in a constant state of review and evolution, it’s a journey.
Best place to look for deals?
eBay Daily Deals, they are addictive, I always open that email.
What are your interests?
eBay and e-commerce merchant seller groups, podcasting, technology, gadgets and playing with my son (being a mom)!
Education
I finished up two years of college before being offered a dream job I couldn’t pass up.
What you wanted to be growing up?
I just wanted to be a grown up!

Tweetdeck because it posts to Facebook and Twitter.

Hard to choose between Heat, Die Hard and First Knight.
What do you think will be the future of online shopping/selling?
As ColderICE would say, it’s gonna get bigger, badder, and better! As more and more technology caters to e-commerce such as the iPhone and iPad with mobile applications, the possibilities are endless. It’s still a relatively small percentage of people that shop online, so imagine the potential for growth!
