I am all for empowering our buyers by giving them a good product, and good service. Since Paypal puts a hold on things now, people have buyers remorse and come up with lies about the product, and file complaints against sellers. This has happened 3 times in my own family sales. Each time, the seller is correct. Of course they will not notify seller first, because the seller would send money back, call it over, but buyer does not want to send product back either. Funds are tied up for months. I have two open resolutions at this time. Neither called me so I could inform them of how to finalize the transaction. Perhaps the buyer should have to send the product to someone in Ebay, and have it checked, then seller could pay to get their product back, or the buyer would be found to be lying and have to pay to get Ebay to send it back…… Something needs to work out, as too many items are lied about by buyers.
