eBay Studies the Psychology Behind Gift Giving
eBay recently conducted a survey looking at psychological drivers behind shopping, revealing that most women identify with one of four types of holiday gifters: Practical, Emotional, Last Minute or Convenience. According to the study, a majority of women associate with emotional gifting, with shopping trends focusing on planning and finding the perfect unique gift for everyone on their list. eBay Adds Milo Results to its RedLaser Apps
Local shopping search engine Milo, recently bought by eBay, has been integrated into eBay’s RedLaser application. The barcode-scanning shopping app can now instantly discover nearby retailers carrying desired products and compare prices. [via TechCrunch]
PayPal Takes the Win with Two Different Awards for Website of the Year 2010
