I emailed your website to report an ID that identity thieves had registered to my email address. PayPal executive escalations already reported this to you, and they told me you would be in touch, but you haven't been. So I emailed. And I got sent a link to a live chat. And the person in the live chat told me they were in the wrong department and couldn't help so I would have to email again. So I emailed, again, clearly explaining my problem, again. And I got sent a link to a live chat, again. And the person in the live chat told me they were in the wrong department and couldn't help, again (so why was I sent a link to talk to them then?) and I would have to email, again. Or phone America. Every time I email you I am sent a link to a live chat with someone who cannot help. I cannot find a UK phone number for you because I do not 'qualify' to contact you by phone. Even though PayPal exec escalations have contacted you, nobody from Ebay has been in touch with me to help me sort out the fact that this Ebay ID is impersonating me. I don't understand why nobody will help me - unless you count sending me links to chat to people who tell me they are "in the wrong department" as being helpful. YOU MAY WANT TO TAKE NOTICE OF THE EMBLEM ON YOUR ZHU ZHU. SOME HAVE THE SMALL EMBLEM ON THE REAR AND THE OTHERS HAVE A LARGE EMBLEM ALMOST COVERING THEIR BACK. I NOTICED THIS WHILE TRYING TO GET 2 SETS FOR MY GRANDDAUGHTERS. I BELEIVE THE SMALLER EMBLEMS ARE THE NEWER VERSION. I NOW HAVE BOTH SETS, SO ONE WILL GET THE SET WITH THE LARGE DESIGN ON THE BACK AND THE OTHER WILL GET THE SET WITH THE SMALL DESIGN. I WOULD BE INTRESTED IN KNOWING MORE ABOUT THIS.
