THIS GUY MADE ME AN OFFER FOR 2 ITEMS... I ACCEPTED ONE OFFER COUNTER OFFERED ON THE SECOND. HE GOT PISSED BECAUSE I DIDNT ACEPT BOTH OFFERS. DIDNT PAY FOR A THING AND WAS ABLE TO LEAVE NEG FEEDBACK. ACCORDING TO EBAY POLICIES FEEDBACK IS FOR BUYERS AND SELLERS. HOW CAN THIS GUY GET BY WITH LEAVING FEEDBACK AND NOT PURCHASING A THING? HE WAS IN VIOLATION OF EBAY POLICY AND I GOT THE SHAFT. EVEN GOT MY FINAL VALUE FEES BACK AND RELISTED THE ITEM.
SO HOW CAN THIS HAPPEN???

Interesting article, it's crazy how that tiny zip code could beat out Miami for the top spot. I'm surprised we don't see more big cities on that list. Where is NYC, LA, Chicago?
I know a lot of people here in Tampa that were buying and selling on eBay that week. I personally listed a few items through a drop-off store to save myself some time. http://www.isolditgulfcoast.com/

Woe to land-based business, I guess I was lucky to set-up an exclusive online commerce outfit. The figures are in-line with what I am seeing with my own businesses.

Why does ebay allow buyers to leave a negative feedback if the seller has refunded thier money in full? Why does ebay think that is fair?

Well this is very interesting, i liked it even i noticed that eBay released more figures today regarding transactions made on the online marketplace over the Black Friday and Cyber Monday shopping period. The number of transactions on Cyber Monday increased gradually.
