I cannot believe how much blah, blah, blah, ebay churns out on its site that is meaningless to many, if not, 'most' of us, buyers or sellers!? I cannot even find a simple email contact address when I have questions! Ebay assumes they can provide 'all' the answers 'without' providing any live assistance or direct email contacts - WRONG! When you do go through the maze of hoops to send an email, the answers you get back bear little relevance even for straight-forward questions. (It seems that those who do eventually receive questions either don't read them, or have little reading-comprehension ability)

This new format is, frankly, garbage. At sign-in you are simply inundated with ads, when all that should be seen is your own personal acct. information. Its nec. to click on several buttons just to get to your own acct. That is far from helpful, in fact its insulting.

Sweet. You guys have long needed a portal that consolidated the corporate info side of the house. I like the design cues and the opening content. I thought that pushing the deep-SKU "Daily Deals" onto the landing page was a distraction from the identity content. Instead, something out of the Sustainability spectrum would have been more to the heart of it. Great first look - well done.
