I hope you will spend a significant amount of time with John exploring those new roles, what his expectations are, and how he sees that impacting the non-employee members of the eBay community. Somehow, I have the feeling that those expanded roles are much more important than most people realize right now, and it would be nice to see John provide some detail on that. Thanks!
